POLICIES

Pets

We do not allow pets anymore, sorry.  We started with a liberal policy and allowed pets, but unfortunately a few owners took advantage of us and caused the inn substantial damage.

Kids

We love em!  Not everyone does. 

However, since we make the rules and we have a child ourselves we are happy to accomodate families, but we require advance notice and may ask our parent guests for additional discretion when we are very well occupied. And, of course, we reserve the right to deny a reservation request for any reason but especially if we feel it might impact our other guest's comfort.

Food & Beverage

We are a fully licensed restaurant and bar, therefore you are welcome to eat and drink us.

Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation up to two weeks prior to your check-in date for a full refund less a $15 cancellation fee.  If you cancel inside of 2 days from the date of check-in, you will be responsible for the full cost of your stay. If you cancel between two weeks and two days, we will only take whatever the deposit is (one night's stay).  However, we understand that life happens and so does the weather up here, therefore, ALL MONIES FORFEITED DUE TO CANCELLATION MAY BE USED TOWARDS A FUTURE RESERVATION FOR UP TO ONE YEAR.  No limitations.
